Product features
Sake lees are rich in nutrients
Sake lees, a traditional Japanese fermented food, contains 500 to 600 different nutrients. From proteins and lipids that build the body's foundation, to dietary fiber and vitamins that regulate the body's condition. This single ingredient contains all these nutrients. Daily consumption of sake lees will help bring about changes. Start with 50g per day for two weeks. Why not continue consuming it every day to build a beautiful body from the inside out?
Amazing ingredients unique to sake lees:①Resistant protein
Also known as indigestible protein, it is a protein with properties similar to dietary fiber. It reaches the intestines without being broken down in the stomach, and absorbs excess fat, which is then excreted from the body. This is expected to lower cholesterol levels, improve bowel movements, and even improve the balance of intestinal bacteria in favor of beneficial bacteria, maintaining a healthy intestinal environment, which has beauty benefits.
Amazing ingredient unique to sake lees:②α-EG (α-ethyl-D-glucoside)
Originally known as an umami component, recently its effect of increasing collagen in the skin has been scientifically proven, and it is gaining attention as a skin-beautifying ingredient. Thanks to sake's unique fermentation method, multiple parallel fermentations, its concentration is higher than that of brewed alcoholic beverages such as beer and wine. Expected benefits include skin-beautifying effects (moisturizing, increased collagen, elasticity, and moisture content).
Amazing ingredient unique to sake lees:③Agmatine
Agmatine is a component related to aging and brain function, and research into its effects is being conducted internationally. Sake, in particular, contains a high amount of agmatine compared to other types of alcohol, and is therefore also found in abundance in sake lees. This component is produced by rice koji, yeast, and bacteria during the brewing process, and yellow koji, which is used in sake brewing, is known to be particularly capable of producing agmatine. While agmatine has attracted attention as an anti-aging agent, it is also used in the United States as a food that supports muscle training.
