Manufacturing that considers the Earth and the future: Contributing to the SDGs
Our business is deeply considerate of the future of the Earth and the local community. SDG #12: Responsible Consumption and Production (Sustainable Production and Consumption). Hana Pine contributes to reducing food waste by utilizing the cores of pineapples, which are usually discarded, in fermentation. SDG #17: Achieving the Goals through Partnerships. We have direct contracts with strawberry farmers (Hanayagi Tourist Farm) in Seika Town, Kyoto Prefecture, and pineapple farmers (SUN Farm) on Ishigaki Island, Okinawa Prefecture, building strong, face-to-face producer partnerships. This ensures high-quality ingredients and contributes to revitalizing the local economy.

Proof of reliability: government-certified quality and traditional Japanese manufacturing methods
Our fruit vinegar production has been recognized for its innovative approach, receiving certification as a "Management Innovation Plan" from the Governor of Kyoto Prefecture in 2020. We also commission production from a traditional "vinegar brewery" with a 130-year history. By slowly and slowly allowing the fruit's bounty to ferment over time, we have achieved a mellow flavor that is easy to drink like syrup, without the sharp sourness that is typical of vinegar.
